One of the biggest benefits of Bard, an experiment to collaborate with generative AI, is that it can tailor its responses to exactly what you need. For instance, you could ask Bard to start a trip planning Doc for you and your friends, draft up your online marketplace listing, or help explain a science topic to your kids. And now, Bard is getting even better at customizing its responses so you can easily bring your ideas to life. I would definitely use the google Bard A.I. Tool for teaching. It gives very clear and detailed
information that is very useful to whatever the question is.
Based on knowing what the curriculum is for Pre-K I was actually shocked that it gave the majority of the basic necessities to run a Pre-K classroom effectively and efficiently. I loved the suggestions it gave for the large group carpet time because that’s a big part of Pre-K. That’s where lots of learning takes place such as heggerty (phonemic awareness), and many social/emotional sceneries occur during that time as well. Then I asked about the small groups, and during this time is where the teacher and assistant get observations done from various domains. The Bard A.I. listed each main domain aside from self, family, and approaches to learning which is all one domain. Within each domain, the A.I. listed most of the subsections to those domains. At this point of asking the Bard system questions, I wanted to see how specific I could get and I was very pleased with the results. I believe this could be very beneficial for any teacher needing suggestions or ideas for their classroom and/or lesson planning.
